Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your product to be eligible for a full or partial refund or store credit. No returns are required.

Please contact support@cbddoghealth.com with a photo of your order / products, your order number, the reason for your request, as well as the lot number printed on the bottom of your product for review by our Quality & Assurance Manager.

Please note that gift cards and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Return & Refund Policies

If you purchased a CBD Dog Health or MycoDog product from a retail partner, refunds must be handled directly through that retailer.

Please contact the store where you made your purchase for details on their return process.
